Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute project scopes by coordinating multiple disciplines including safety, cost, schedule, and quality.
• Work with global business units to identify project requirements and coordinate Project Management System deliverables.
• Participate in ITT development, bid evaluation, and contractor selection processes.
• Oversee engineering, execution planning, procurement, systems completion, and start-up.
• Steward contractor performance and align key stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions between project stages.
• Identify and resolve project issues through effective coordination with site teams and management.

Requirements

• BS degree in an engineering field from a recognized university with a CGPA of 6.5 or above.
• Minimum 3 years of experience executing capital projects (experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, power, or construction is preferred).
• Proven experience in engineering, procurement, construction, or project management activities.
• Strong leadership, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Flexibility to travel internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project screening, economic analysis, and concept selection.
• Previous experience working for an Owner/Operator company.
• Strong background in Engineering Management.
