Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute project scopes by coordinating multiple disciplines including safety, cost, schedule, and quality.
• Work with global business units to identify project requirements and coordinate Project Management System deliverables.
• Participate in ITT development, bid evaluation, and contractor selection processes.
• Oversee engineering, execution planning, procurement, systems completion, and start-up phases.
• Steward contractor performance and align key stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Coordinate the identification and resolution of project issues across global teams.

Requirements

• BS degree in an engineering field from a recognized university with a CGPA of 6.5 or above.
• Minimum 3 years of experience executing capital projects, preferably in oil and gas, petrochemical, power, or construction.
• Proven experience in engineering, procurement, construction, or project management activities.
• Strong leadership, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Flexibility to travel internationally as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project screening, economic analysis, and concept selection.
• Previous experience working for an owner/operator company.
• Strong background in Engineering Management.
• Exposure to brownfield execution, turnarounds, or offshore installation.
