Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute project scopes by coordinating with global business units
• Identify project requirements and coordinate the development of Project Management System deliverables
• Participate in ITT development, bid evaluation, and contractor selection
• Oversee engineering, execution planning, procurement, systems completion, and start-up
• Steward contractor performance and align key stakeholders
• Coordinate the identification and resolution of project issues
• Ensure smooth transitions between project stages and across different sites

Requirements

• BS degree in an engineering field from a recognized university with a CGPA of 6.5 or above
• Minimum 3 years of experience executing capital projects
• Experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, power, construction, or fertilizer industries preferred
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project screening, economic analysis, and concept selection
• Previous experience working for an Owner/Operator company
• Strong background in Engineering Management
• Exposure to engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, or offshore installation
