Responsibilities

• Develop a Lean culture within teams
• Identify and consolidate process optimization opportunities regarding cost and lead times
• Lead continuous improvement projects
• Provide methodological support and training to production teams to deploy continuous improvement dynamics
• Develop and implement industrialization tools and methods to reduce analysis lead times and optimize capacity based on commercial demand

Requirements

• Generalist engineer or engineer with a scientific background
• First experience in the industrial sector
• Strong interest in operational management and continuous improvement
• Rigorous, practical, and proactive mindset
• Autonomous and highly organized
• Result-oriented and performance-driven
• Good interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of chemistry or microbiology is a plus
