Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage and distribute construction drawings, RFIs, specifications, and submittals
• Track daily field activity, workforce counts, task progress, and weather impacts
• Document as-built conditions and coordinate third-party inspections
• Support development of project schedules and installation durations
• Prepare and track submittals, shop drawings, and product data sheets
• Perform digital takeoffs and provide data for pricing breakdowns
• Collaborate with general contractors, field teams, and internal stakeholders
• Support QA/QC documentation and field verification of materials

Requirements

• 2-4 years of construction experience
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel
• Willingness to travel to job sites across Northern CA
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
