Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings to gather project requirements and expectations
• Conduct site inspections to identify discrepancies between layouts and actual conditions
• Prepare layouts, documentation, and project timelines
• Source and coordinate resources including materials, equipment, and staff housing
• Supervise site works, installations, and the proper implementation of layouts
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
• Ensure compliance with OSH/EHS standards and company safety policies
• Prepare progress reports, delay reports, and action plans for stakeholders
• Manage project turnover, including client orientation and final documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (license is an advantage)
• At least 1 year of experience in the refrigeration and air-conditioning industry
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and project installation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to be deployed to provinces and work flexible schedules
• Strong coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English and Filipino
