About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple pipe fabrication projects simultaneously
- Ensure a thorough understanding of client project scope and technical specifications
- Provide drafting teams with all necessary information to process pipe spool fabrication drawings for multiple facilities
- Communicate with clients to resolve issues or conflicts regarding scope, specifications, and drawings
- Apply deep understanding of shop methods used in the fabrication of pipe spools
- Utilize and adhere to department standards, procedures, and guidelines
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in pipe fabrication
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Outlook, and Excel
- Familiarity with ASTM, ASME, and PFI codes and standards
- Knowledge of various metallurgies and non-destructive examination methods
- Understanding of heat treatments, paint, and welding procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Experience with JD Eda software
