Project Engineer & Customer Experience Liaison

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project meetings, maintain schedules, and track milestones, risks, decisions, and action items
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify issues impacting timelines or customer experience
• Research implementation challenges and partner with stakeholders to develop practical solutions
• Review workflows from the customer's perspective and recommend improvements
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training preparation, and go-live readiness
• Maintain project documentation, decision logs, and readiness checklists
• Facilitate communication between operations, field teams, IT, and project stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement efforts by documenting lessons learned

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, construction, business systems, or IT
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience coordinating projects, tracking deliverables, and facilitating meetings
• Customer-first mindset with ability to advocate for customer outcomes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, project tracking tools, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in project management, construction, operations, business systems, or IT
• Experience supporting ERP, field service, or business system implementations
