About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project meetings, maintain schedules, and track milestones, risks, and action items.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify issues impacting timelines or customer experience.
  • Research implementation challenges and partner with stakeholders to develop practical solutions.
  • Review workflows from the customer's perspective and recommend improvements to enhance the journey.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training preparation, and go-live readiness activities.
  • Facilitate communication between operations, field teams, IT, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Maintain project documentation, decision logs, and readiness checklists throughout the implementation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience coordinating projects, tracking deliverables, and facilitating meetings.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, project tracking tools, and structured testing activities like UAT.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in construction, operations, business systems, or IT.
  • Experience supporting ERP, field service, or business system implementations.
