About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the final stages of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installations to ensure smooth handover to clients.
  • Develop detailed design plans, including structural layouts and interior finishes.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and MEP consultants to integrate finishes with the overall project.
  • Manage MEP activities to ensure strict adherence to project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate spaces and provide recommendations for renovations or redesigns.
  • Resolve technical or logistical issues arising during the finishing and installation phases.
  • Develop essential project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements

  • B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 6 to 8 years of professional experience working in Hospitals, Hotels, or IT Parks.
  • Strong technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works and finishing.
  • Exceptional organizational, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and strong observation abilities.
