Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Monitor work progress against the master project schedule and ensure site execution aligns with drawings and specifications.
• Manage contractor timelines by providing reminders regarding schedule delays and advising on resource productivity.
• Oversee site documentation, procurement of materials, equipment, and labor, and ensure adherence to work methodologies.
• Identify and flag potential bottlenecks to prevent delays, providing critical activity reports to the client.
• Assist QA/QC and safety teams in ensuring all quality parameters and safety standards are strictly implemented on-site.
• Manage project risks, monitor construction budgets, and provide cost-saving solutions through contractor change order negotiations.
• Liaise with Project Managers to clarify specifications and escalate abnormal developments regarding progress, safety, or quality.

Requirements

• B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in building construction projects.
• Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works.
• Strong organizational and motivational skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail and keen observation abilities.
