Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and support new product development projects from initial conception through to full production
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams including R&D, Design, Advanced Manufacturing, Marketing, and Procurement
• Coordinate prototyping, testing, and validation activities to ensure product quality
• Identify technical risks and execute development and testing plans to mitigate them
• Communicate technical details, project milestones, and updates to internal and external customers
• Ensure all engineering activities adhere to industry standards, quality requirements, and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or an equivalent field
• Strong foundational knowledge of thermodynamics and heat transfer
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and structured problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to all levels of the organization
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience, including internships, specifically within new product development
• Previous experience in the HVAC or a related industry
