Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist the design manager/technical manager in monitoring the general contractor's design work regarding scope, time, quality, environment, work environment, and risks
• Assist in producing status reports for the project
• Support the project with financial follow-up and invoice management in Agresso
• Administer and manage ongoing project activities such as project and information meetings
• Manage WorkForceLogic queries including extensions, contract dates, and more
• Assist the data coordinator in maintaining and developing the project portal
• Ensure the project follows the document management plan regarding documentation and archiving, and guide project members
• Assist during project handover
• Participate in project meetings, documenting and following up as needed
• Report to the Project Manager and coordinate with other project members

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• University or vocational engineering degree (min. two years) or equivalent competence via at least 7 years of work experience
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience from construction or civil engineering projects in a contractor or client organization
• Experience in design and project management
• Participation in at least one construction or civil engineering project with a contract value >100 million SEK
• Experience as an administrator for at least one web-based document management system within the last 5 years

Preferred Qualifications

• Documented experience in risk and requirement management (min. 1 year)
• Experience with financial and follow-up systems such as Agresso (min. 1 year)
• Good knowledge of relevant standard contracts (AB, ABT, ABK, etc.)
