Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Site Engineers, Graduates, and Undergraduates across civil packages
• Manage project planning, programming, and cost control
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor coordination, and contract administration
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Build strong relationships with alliance partners, clients, and stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement and innovation across project delivery

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer within civil infrastructure projects
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or alliance projects is highly regarded
• Solid understanding of contracts, commercial management, and cost control
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capability
