Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite engineering support across safety, quality, cost, and program
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate construction activities
• Interpret designs, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliant delivery
• Assist with project planning, forecasting, and reporting
• Mentor and support Site Engineers and Graduate Engineers
• Drive positive safety, environmental, and quality outcomes on site

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 4+ years of onsite experience on civil infrastructure projects
• Experience in structures, earthworks, roads, or related scopes
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Willingness to work FIFO or DIDO rosters across Queensland
