About the Company

BeeX is building the world's most advanced Hovering Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (HAUVs). We specialise in providing autonomous robotics solutions to safeguard underwater infrastructure in the maritime, energy and defense sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of technical tasks across multidisciplinary teams
• Coordinate engineering activities to ensure all technical requirements are met
• Track project progress, timelines, and technical deliverables
• Manage and monitor compliance with technical specifications
• Prepare and deliver technical reports, updates, and presentations
• Translate complex engineering concepts into clear, executive-level insights
• Document meeting minutes and actionable follow-ups
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Support testing, validation, and deployment phases

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Mechatronics) or related field
• 0–3 years of experience in engineering, project coordination, or technical program management
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interpret engineering requirements
• Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Excel, Notion, or Jira
• Ability to identify risks and propose practical mitigation strategies
