Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Formulate detailed and feasible project plans, including scope, budget, and timing.
• Coordinate resources from various departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within quality requirements.
• Lead project kickoff meetings to analyze risks and knowledge gaps, developing action plans to mitigate them.
• Review technical solutions from design teams to ensure they meet manufacturing, assembly, and service requirements.
• Host regular Project Team Meetings (PTM) to discuss status, make necessary decisions, and report milestones to the steering committee.
• Summarize lessons learned regarding technical aspects, quality control, and KPIs at the end of each project phase.
• Adhere to QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment) regulations and ISO standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of working experience in engineering and New Product Development (NPD) processes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
• Native Mandarin speaker with good proficiency in written and oral English.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
