Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between the client and engineering teams
• Synthesize needs and ensure compliance with regulatory and site requirements
• Estimate investment budgets (CAPEX, OPEX) with lot breakdowns
• Coordinate studies from specialist engineers (process, electricity, control, etc.)
• Establish macro-planning and project meeting minutes
• Lead detailed studies and create technical specifications for supplies and works
• Manage tender processes (DCE) and assist in supplier selection
• Supervise site execution and follow functional, regulatory, and performance testing programs

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Generalist or specialized)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering project management or EPC
• Proficiency in English
• Mastery of project management tools (execution plans, scheduling, S-curves)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and MASE quality/safety procedures
• Experience in naval engineering or platform systems is a plus
