Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage complete industrial Capex projects from conception through final delivery (FEL1 to FEL3, execution, commissioning, and handover)
• Ensure project safety management by promoting a zero-accident concept
• Lead strategic projects with third-party engineering firms across civil, mechanical, electrical, automation, and process disciplines
• Develop technical documentation including scope, layouts, schedules, AFE, P&ID, equipment lists, and risk mitigation plans
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor construction and assembly activities
• Manage project schedules, resources, and suppliers to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication
• Control CAPEX budgets and support the procurement of equipment and services

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical, or related Engineering
• Proven experience in industrial Capex projects
• Active CREA registration
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Intermediate English language skills
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Project Management
