Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end plant engineering projects, including scheduling, budget control, specification, and reporting
• Provide technical leadership for offers and support sales and development teams
• Plan and execute service assignments at customer sites
• Present technical solutions to both internal stakeholders and external customers
• Prepare cost estimates according to internal and external standards
• Maintain documentation using SAP, MS Office, and company-specific tools
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Controlling, Procurement, and European technical teams
• Lead technicians, field engineers, and external service providers

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Process, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Plant Technology)
• At least 3 years of experience in project management
• Strong problem-solving skills and high level of initiative
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
• Willingness to travel within Germany
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
