Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive assignments within the cost and construction management competence area
• Provide advisory services to clients including developers, investors, and contractors
• Perform cost assessments in early stages and cost control during design phases
• Conduct economic follow-ups in projects and manage project procurement
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities through analysis and calculations
• Support clients in making well-founded decisions through technical expertise

Requirements

• Experience from the construction industry (client, consultant, or contractor side)
• Previous experience as a project manager, site manager, contracting engineer, or estimating engineer
• Proficiency with estimation tools and quantity takeoff software (e.g., BidCon, Bluebeam)
• Strong interest in sustainability and climate impact reduction
• Good social skills and ability to build long-term professional relationships
• Ability to work both independently and in teams
• Proficiency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Valid B-driver's license
