Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and control of multiple earthmoving and infrastructure projects
• Coordinate the deployment of earthmoving equipment and operators to ensure project alignment
• Monitor fleet utilization, including active, idle, standby, and breakdown status
• Manage the mobilization and demobilization of equipment in coordination with logistics and operations
• Track equipment performance and follow up on breakdowns with the workshop
• Act as a primary point of contact for client representatives and site teams
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality regulations
• Prepare technical documentation and reports for client approvals and internal records

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in earthmoving or infrastructure projects
• Proven experience coordinating site operations, equipment, and manpower
• Strong knowledge of heavy machinery capabilities and sequencing
• Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft D365
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, site-based environments and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to international projects or multi-stakeholder environments
• Familiarity with contract execution and the recording of variations or additional works
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and financial data
