Project E-BOM Pilot

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the Project eBOM based on the Generic eBOM
• Collect, verify and validate all eBOM Change Requests from BCI teams
• Ensure eBOM compliance, data completeness and structural consistency in PLM
• Represent the BCI team in weekly commission meetings
• Prepare and secure CAD 2 and CAD 3 releases
• Create and manage ECOs PDEF PREA and release-related data
• Monitor eBOM quality KPIs and drive corrective actions
• Drive eBOM implementation and data consistency across PLM and eBOM ecosystems
• Deliver weekly eBOM status reporting to project team
• Manage codification, nomenclature, and technical data quality
• Manage engineering changes (ECO/LA/PA) and traceability in PLM/ERP
• Manage colors and wiring harness perimeter

Requirements

• Background in automotive, industrial, or mechanical engineering
• Proven experience in Engineering Bill of Materials (eBOM) management
• Experience in PLM environments and project coordination
• Strong knowledge of eBOM structures, logic, and part lifecycle management
• Proven experience with ENOVIA (Dassault Systèmes)
• Experience using SAP BI 4
• Understanding of vehicle architecture, module structure, and product configuration
• Knowledge of release workflows for prototype and serial phases
