About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of complex construction and workplace projects from inception to completion
- Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams including clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Develop project execution strategies and establish governance frameworks
- Drive executive-level reporting and performance dashboards
- Manage project budgets, financial performance, and invoicing processes via D-365
- Conduct site inspections to monitor safety, quality, and progress
- Contribute to business development through proposal writing and client presentations
- Lead effective resource planning across projects
Requirements
- Construction related degree (Project Management, Construction Management, Design, Engineering, etc)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management or construction projects
- Proven experience in the Healthcare or Hospitality sector
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience in client management and business development
- Native-level proficiency in Cantonese
- Business-level proficiency in English
