Responsibilities
- Lead the growth of client relationships within the Midlands region
- Support national initiatives and strategic-level commissions
- Drive business generation activities including bidding, networking, and pursuit planning
- Manage and lead diverse teams across multiple infrastructure sectors
- Set and deliver strategy, including resourcing and growth targets
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience of diverse teams in sectors such as Rail, aviation, utilities, power, or highways
- Background in Project Management or an engineering background with capital programme delivery experience
- Experience leading and managing Major Programmes and Projects
- Working knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts
- Demonstrable experience in business development and client engagement
- Ability to travel/be mobile across the UK
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in procurement, asset management, or advisory services
- Experience serving on client or internal boards
