About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the growth of client relationships within the Midlands region
  • Support national initiatives and strategic business goals
  • Lead the delivery of commissions at strategic levels with clients
  • Drive business generation activities including bidding, networking, and pursuit planning
  • Manage and develop diverse teams across multiple infrastructure sectors
  • Set and deliver strategy, including resourcing and growth targets

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience of diverse teams in sectors such as Rail, aviation, utilities, power, or highways
  • Background in Project Management or an engineering background with capital programme delivery experience
  • Experience leading and managing Major Programmes and Projects
  • Working knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts
  • Demonstrable experience in business generation and client engagement
  • Ability to develop client relationships across all organizational levels
  • Willingness to be mobile across the UK

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in procurement, asset management, or advisory services
  • Experience serving on client or internal boards
