Project Director

Responsibilities

• Lead a global contract management team and ensure delivery on managed service accountabilities
• Manage global compliance of contractual processes including GC, PMC, EPC, and D&B
• Act as the dedicated point of contact for client communications and oversight of services
• Produce and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio to drive data-driven decisions
• Analyze project performance metrics and track action plans using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ensure global team meets client-specific KPIs and SLAs
• Lead strategic and operational management including resource planning, financial management, and business generation
• Utilize D365 for financial forecasting, revenue tracking, and business generation recording
• Prepare proposals and RFP responses for new clients and projects
• Ensure SOX compliance in all financial matters

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management
• 6 years of experience in the offered role or a related occupation
• Proficiency with Looker Studio, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
• Experience with E-builder, D365, or similar enterprise software
• Knowledge of various contracting methods (GC, PMC, EPC, D&B)
