Project Director

Responsibilities

• Lead business development activities, pipeline management, and revenue generation
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporate occupier clients
• Lead and deliver complex programme and project management commissions
• Advise clients on delivery strategies and real estate alignment with business objectives
• Manage project financial performance, profitability, and resource utilisation
• Oversee commercial strategy, contract negotiation, and risk allocation
• Ensure compliance with business management systems and risk processes
• Mentor and develop high-performing project teams
• Embed sustainability and ESG principles into project delivery

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent technical discipline
• Chartered status (RICS, CIOB, APM or equivalent) preferred
• Significant experience in the commercial real estate sector focusing on corporate occupiers
• Proven track record leading complex projects and programmes at scale
• Demonstrated success in business development and revenue growth
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and high-value commissions
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic leadership capability
