Project Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of large-scale and complex real estate developments from inception to completion
• Provide strategic advice to clients regarding feasibility, procurement, and delivery strategy
• Establish and lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams across all project phases
• Take full commercial ownership of projects, including financial forecasting, budget management, and profitability
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor to developers and investors
• Support business development activities and identify new opportunities in the Irish market
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, risk management, and quality standards
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing project teams

Requirements

• Degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale real estate projects (Residential, Student Accommodation, Hotels, or Leisure)
• Strong knowledge of the Dublin and wider Irish construction market
• Proven track record leading complex projects and programmes
• Established network within the Irish real estate and construction sector
• Experience with multiple procurement routes and contract forms
• Chartered status (RICS, CIOB, APM, or equivalent) preferred
