Project Director

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large scale real estate projects as the key client interface
• Develop working relationships and drive projects to successful completion
• Manage the design process to achieve client requirements and manage expectations
• Review project plans, specifications, scheduling, costs, and potential construction problems
• Manage project safety and environmental requirements
• Manage project timelines, risks, and reporting
• Manage project budgets and advise on options to keep budget on track

Requirements

• Degree qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management
• 10–15 years industry experience in major health, retail, commercial, or mixed-use developments
• Strong leadership skills with experience leading and developing a team
• Advanced Microsoft skills
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong report and bid writing skills
• Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment

• Strong business development acumen
• Highly motivated and driven with a passion for client delivery
