About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large scale real estate projects as the key client interface
- Develop working relationships and drive projects to successful completion
- Manage the design process to achieve client requirements and manage expectations
- Review project plans, specifications, scheduling, costs, and potential construction problems
- Manage project safety and environmental requirements
- Manage project timelines, risks, and reporting
- Manage project budgets and advise on options to keep budget on track
Requirements
- Degree qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management
- 10–15 years industry experience in major health, retail, commercial, or mixed-use developments
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading and developing a team
- Advanced Microsoft skills
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong report and bid writing skills
- Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong business development acumen
- Highly motivated and driven with a passion for client delivery
