Project Director

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale real estate projects as the primary client interface
• Develop strong working relationships and drive projects to successful completion
• Manage the design process to meet client requirements and manage expectations
• Review project plans, specifications, schedules, and cost-saving measures
• Oversee project safety, environmental requirements, timelines, and risks
• Manage project budgets and provide strategic advice to keep projects on track
• Lead and develop a high-performing project management team

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management
• 10–15 years of industry experience working on major health, retail, commercial, or mixed-use developments
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage complex projects and programs
• Excellent communication skills, including high-level report and bid writing
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong business development acumen
• Proven track record of managing complex stakeholder relationships
