Project Director Spatial Experiences

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of complex international turnkey projects from tender through planning, execution, and close-out
• Oversee master project schedules and monitor performance regarding quality, deadlines, and cost control
• Actively participate in the tender process, including design coordination, submission preparation, and contract negotiations
• Manage large-scale project budgets and award supplier or subcontractor contracts
• Provide leadership in risk assessment, fee structures, and pricing decisions
• Collaborate with Crew Management on resource planning and coordinate with QHSE teams to ensure compliance
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships and identify new growth opportunities
• Support and mentor Project Managers to resolve escalated issues and ensure smooth delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering turnkey projects (scenic, fit-out, or AVL) such as museums, visitor centers, or EXPO pavilions
• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Audiovisual Engineering, or a related field
• Solid technical understanding of Audio, Video, Lighting systems, and control technologies
• Demonstrated ability to develop and control large-scale project budgets
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Flexibility to work according to project and industry requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong industry network within the UAE and KSA
• Experience with large-scale audiovisual installations
