Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface with clients and lead project teams through strategic real estate planning, design, and construction
• Manage project teams through all phases of development and construction, including master planning, budgeting, and pre-construction
• Oversee schematic design, design development, and construction documentation phases
• Manage project pro formas, including development budgets, operations, and financial metrics
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals
• Ensure projects meet client expectations and deadlines while managing project controls and sequencing

Requirements

• 15+ years of development and project management experience
• Experience as an Owner’s Representative or Project Manager representing fiduciary interests
• Knowledge of project pro formas, development budgets, and financial metrics (IRR, return on cost)
• Understanding of project controls, construction documentation, and sequencing
• Working knowledge of construction costs, value-engineering, and building/occupancy laws
• Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
