Project Director PMC

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMC organization through all project phases including feasibility, FEED, EPC execution, and commissioning
• Act as the primary interface between the Project Owner and EPC Contractors
• Oversee project controls including cost monitoring, forecasting, and change management
• Monitor EPC Contractor performance against schedule, budget, and technical requirements
• Lead multidisciplinary PMC teams including Engineering, Construction, and HSE Managers
• Oversee commissioning strategy and operational readiness for RKEF production lines
• Establish and maintain project risk management processes and HSE leadership

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent
• Minimum 20 years of major project experience
• Minimum 10 years in senior project leadership roles
• Proven experience delivering large-scale metallurgical or mining processing facilities
• Demonstrated experience in Asia-Pacific industrial projects
• Experience in PMC, Owner's Engineer, or Program Management environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Previous involvement in nickel smelters utilizing RKEF technology
• Knowledge of Indonesian mining and downstream processing regulations
