Project Director - Piping

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage major energy projects (+100M€) involving industrial piping, mechanical, and general installation for nuclear facilities.
• Ensure project mastery regarding safety and security, promoting the company's HSE policy to all teams and stakeholders.
• Guarantee technical excellence, cost control, schedule adherence, and contractual milestone compliance.
• Manage project budgets, financial tracking, and client invoicing.
• Oversee contractual follow-ups, including the estimation, negotiation, and management of additional works and claims.
• Coordinate project teams, support functions, and material resources.
• Manage the selection of subcontractors in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Ingénieur de formation).
• 15+ years of confirmed experience in the industrial or nuclear sector.
• 5+ years of experience in a management or leadership function.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale piping, mechanical, and installation projects.
• Strong leadership skills, result-oriented mindset, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
