Project Director

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team in the planning, design, construction, and commissioning of infrastructure and property development projects for resort complexes.
• Oversee the execution of enabling infrastructure, including public roadways, bridges, and rail station developments.
• Manage overall project strategy, commercial management, and site logistics to ensure alignment with budget, schedule, and safety objectives.
• Coordinate with diverse stakeholders including Universal Creative, Finance, Operations, Legal, and external third-party developers.
• Maintain strict control over project finances, including budgeting, cash flow, cost control, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with Environment Health & Safety (EHS) standards and oversee project safety protocols.
• Provide leadership and professional development guidance to direct reports to support career growth within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction project management and infrastructure delivery.
• Expertise in project scheduling, estimating, bidding processes, and contract administration.
• Strong knowledge of roadway and rail development, including roadway structures.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and third-party developers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Bluebeam.
• Ability to interpret design and construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience with bespoke contracts and development agreements.
• SIA licensing and/or relevant executive security certifications.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft Planner.
