Project Director

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from initiation through development and production to delivery
• Ensure SOWs are accurate, including project stages, delivery dates, budgets, and resource requirements
• Develop strong relationships with cross-departmental agency staff, clients, and third-party suppliers
• Coordinate workload and refine processes in collaboration with the Head of Integrated Production and Head of Creative Operations
• Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation plans
• Manage client expectations regarding creative feasibility and scope changes
• Support supplier management, contract negotiation, and team upskilling

Requirements

• Relevant Project Management or Creative Production experience
• Experience delivering integrated projects across TV, print, digital, online, social, and radio
• Solid understanding of integrated project processes, workflows, and methodologies
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions under pressure
• Commercial astuteness
