Project Director – Large Industrial Building Projects

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale industrial projects from design to completion
• Manage complex operations in project management or design-build modes, ensuring cost, deadline, and technical requirement compliance
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (internal and external) to ensure global technical coherence
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners throughout the project lifecycle
• Supervise technical studies and support design choices adapted to industrial constraints
• Guarantee deliverable quality and respect for contractual commitments
• Provide regular reporting to management and contribute to overall project performance
• Oversee major industrial projects (up to €200M+) including heavy industrial installations and sensitive environments like cleanrooms or defense sites

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Master's level or equivalent)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management and complex industrial project leadership
• Strong technical expertise in industrial buildings (Civil Engineering, structure, fluids, and/or electricity)
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects, ideally in industrial environments
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, partners, and internal teams
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and complex problem-solving skills
• Professional proficiency in English
