Project Director

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the project team, including engineers, designers, and staff
• Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and specifications
• Provide regular project updates to the senior leadership team and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 20+ years of experience delivering complicated steel frame structures or bridges with values exceeding SAR1bn
• Strong knowledge of structural steel design, construction staging analysis, and steel erection
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role
• Proven ability to manage a team of direct staff, construction supervision teams, and multiple contractors
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ACP cladding and large LED screens
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's construction industry, regulations, and standards
