Project Director Event Production

Responsibilities

• Provide vision, direction, and leadership for the project management team to ensure operational excellence.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale turnkey projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and profitability.
• Act as the senior client-facing representative to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Manage large project budgets, forecasts, and margin protection while overseeing resource allocation and risk assessment.
• Implement and refine standardized workflows and project management methodologies to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Director of Event Production to execute business plans and drive growth in the Middle East.
• Mentor and support project managers to build a scalable and accountable team structure.

Requirements

• Extensive project management experience in turnkey project delivery, specifically with AVL and fit-out installations.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and complex technical, business, and contractual correlations.
• Strong industry network within the UAE and KSA is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
• Full proficiency in English.
• Flexibility to work according to the specific requirements of the live event industry.
