Project Director - Electrical

Responsibilities

• Lead complex electrical construction scopes from preconstruction through commissioning for the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center project.
• Establish operational objectives, work plans, and delegate assignments to subordinate managers.
• Oversee project administration during the construction cycle, including technical, financial, and client satisfaction aspects.
• Drive schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholder alignment while serving as a trusted advisor to the client.
• Manage the development, coordination, and execution of planning, design, and construction management activities.
• Implement strategic policies and select appropriate methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve results.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• 10+ years of professional experience in relevant fields.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience specifically in electrical construction with multi-million-dollar project delivery.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• CMAA Certified Construction Manager (CCM) designation.
• OSHA 10-Hour or 30-Hour Construction certification.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
