Project Director Delivery - Hospital Construction

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a major health programme across various functions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Plan and secure resources for the programme using appropriate tools and techniques
• Lead and manage the programme team and delegate tasks
• Identify and manage risks and issues using effective mitigation strategies
• Monitor and report on programme progress and outcomes using appropriate metrics
• Evaluate the impact and benefits of the programme using evidence-based methods

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality project management services across the full lifecycle
• Post-graduate level professional qualification in internationally recognized project management
• Degree qualified, preferably in a cognate field
• Experience in Health projects and/or major real estate/infrastructure programs
• Strong contract administration skills
• Experience with NEC contracts
• Commercially astute mindset
