About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of a major health programme across various functions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Plan and secure resources for the programme using appropriate tools and techniques
- Lead and manage the programme team and delegate tasks
- Identify and manage risks and issues using effective mitigation strategies
- Monitor and report on programme progress and outcomes using appropriate metrics
- Evaluate the impact and benefits of the programme using evidence-based methods
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality project management services across the full lifecycle
- Post-graduate level professional qualification in internationally recognized project management
- Degree qualified, preferably in a cognate field
- Experience in Health projects and/or major real estate/infrastructure programs
- Strong contract administration skills
- Experience with NEC contracts
- Commercially astute mindset
