Project Director (Data Center)

Responsibilities

• Deliver core & shell of the project with focus on safety, schedule, cost, quality and compliance
• Ensure project meets guidelines and standards based on best practices and lessons learned
• Update and edit project delivery guidelines
• Manage commissioning and integration activities, coordinating with vendors and contractors
• Coordinate and review vendor performance relative to cash flow and summaries
• Participate in client engagement, communication plans, and community involvement

Requirements

• More than 15 years of relevant experience as a construction project manager

Preferred Qualifications

• Data center experience
