Project Director

Responsibilities

• Assist the Establishment Director in the global management and steering of activity
• Act as the technical referent for the Project team, providing support on general installation and TCE coordination
• Ensure project requirements and nuclear safety standards are met and monitored
• Structure the project team regarding organization, methodology, workload planning, and skill development
• Participate in the recruitment of new collaborators to expand the project team
• Manage and monitor projects in the design phase (VISA, OPC, DET, Tests, and AOR)
• Manage turnkey projects with contractors, specifically regarding EXE studies and construction monitoring
• Guarantee project delivery in terms of safety, quality, cost, and deadlines
• Coordinate project teams to promote knowledge transfer and exchange
• Ensure compliance with specific nuclear sector norms and regulations

Requirements

• Generalist Engineer degree (or equivalent) in the industrial or nuclear field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering project management or complex project leadership
• Expertise in the nuclear or industrial sectors
• Mastery of nuclear-specific frameworks, including ISO 19443 and the INB Decree of February 7, 2012
• Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset and ability to work collaboratively
