About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute large-scale, transformational, and technically complex projects to ensure on-time and on-budget completion
  • Support and coordinate the activities of Project Managers and their assigned project teams
  • Guide project teams through all phases of delivery, including funding, design, procurement, installation, and closeout
  • Manage project risks and mitigate issues to maintain baseline budgets at strategic customer sites
  • Create and present monthly status reports to business unit leadership
  • Collaborate with operations and customers to integrate projects into existing operations and ensure safe transitions to Facility Managers
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and project resources to streamline implementation
  • Advocate for and implement customer change orders and project scope changes
  • Partner with Business Development and Operations to optimize project solutions and execution plans

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 15 years of experience in project management and/or construction management
  • Experience working in a high-tech setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in project execution specifically for the semiconductor industry
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) Certification
  • Experience managing multiple project execution teams
  • Proven track record of successful delivery of high-baseline projects
  • Ability to effectively convey project status to senior leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to drive a safety-focused culture on complex project sites
  • Experience in a PSM/RMP environment
