Project Director

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery including feasibility, preconstruction, procurement, and construction
• Establish and manage project budget, schedule, and risk controls
• Oversee procurement strategy, bid leveling, and trade partner selection
• Direct field operations, work sequencing, logistics, and site safety
• Partner with owners, architects, engineers, and community stakeholders
• Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
• Manage permitting, inspections, and commissioning milestones

Requirements

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 10 years of experience
• OR AA/AS with 12 years of relevant experience
• OR HS/GED with 14 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sports, arenas, or stadium construction
• Experience working with large entertainment clients
• Credentials such as OSHA 30, PMP, DBIA, LEED AP, or Professional Engineer license
• Knowledge of large-scale commissioning and technology integration (AV, DAS, broadcast)
• CMAR delivery experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CMIC, or Microsoft Project
