About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle delivery including feasibility, preconstruction, procurement, and construction
- Establish and manage project budget, schedule, and risk controls
- Oversee procurement strategy, bid leveling, and trade partner selection
- Direct field operations, work sequencing, logistics, and site safety
- Partner with owners, architects, engineers, and community stakeholders
- Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Manage permitting, inspections, and commissioning milestones
Requirements
- BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 10 years of experience
- OR AA/AS with 12 years of relevant experience
- OR HS/GED with 14 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sports, arenas, or stadium construction
- Experience working with large entertainment clients
- Credentials such as OSHA 30, PMP, DBIA, LEED AP, or Professional Engineer license
- Knowledge of large-scale commissioning and technology integration (AV, DAS, broadcast)
- CMAR delivery experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CMIC, or Microsoft Project
