Project Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and propose business development strategies to drive growth
• Identify potential projects and establish relationships with contractors, investors, and construction companies
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with project stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to formulate effective sales strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Report on business performance and project development progress

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in project sales, preferably within the steel or construction industry
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
• Proven experience in developing and managing project-based customers
• Ability to work independently and drive sales growth
• Willingness to travel for business purposes
