Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire potential land plots
• Ideate and conceptualize new development projects
• Drive zoning changes and planning processes in cooperation with authorities
• Guide the design phase of projects and ensure feasibility
• Prepare investment presentations and ensure project schedules and profitability
• Build active relationships with landowners, municipalities, and other partners
• Collaborate closely with sales and production teams

Requirements

• Relevant higher education degree (commercial or technical)
• Experience in project development, land acquisition, and related contracts
• Practical understanding of zoning and land use
• Ability to drive zoning projects forward independently
• Strong negotiation and cooperation skills
• Proactive, commercial, and solution-oriented mindset
