Project Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop and adjust design proposals for expansions and remodeling
• Ensure rapid delivery and alignment with established standards
• Create conceptual and approval layouts
• Develop technical plans including POP and road imagery
• Produce renders and visual presentations

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Design
• 2–5 years of experience in retail or commercial design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (indispensable)
• Experience with SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar software
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Ability to provide high-speed responses (48h deliverables)
• Strong functional design criteria and adaptability to rapid changes
