Project Design Representative

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the home design process, from initial inquiry to contract signing.
• Conduct consultative sales to determine project feasibility and provide budget ranges.
• Manage the drafting process, including selling agreements and coordinating design revisions.
• Perform accurate project estimating using specialized software platforms.
• Solicit and organize subcontractor bids for various trades such as plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
• Partner with Project Managers and Coordinators to finalize site details, pricing, and specifications.
• Lead the contract signing process to ensure a positive and celebratory customer experience.
• Manage design or financial change orders and verify product orders for manufacturing.

Requirements

• Proven background in residential construction sales, drafting coordination, or project estimating.
• Proficiency with estimating software and CRM/project management tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build client rapport.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple project files and bids simultaneously.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a track record of resolving conflicts.
